Roundtable Pavilion

Where challenges become conversations

Some of the most valuable insights happen when experts, practitioners, decision-makers, and founders sit around a table and discuss the realities they are facing right now.

The Roundtable Pavilion was created to make those conversations accessible to everyone. This is where difficult questions, differing perspectives, and practical experiences take centre stage.

How it works

  • 3 parallel tables
  • 9 conversations (30 min each)
  • Up to 50 listeners per table through headphones
  • Live audience participation

Expected Topics

The discussions will focus on the questions organisations are actively working through today.

Topics may include:

  • Leadership in the age of AI
  • Building organisations ready for transformation
  • Workforce readiness and reskilling
  • Responsible AI and governance
  • Regulation and compliance
  • Data foundations and infrastructure
  • Cybersecurity and resilience
  • Robotics and automation
  • Sustainability and technology
  • The future of European competitiveness
  • Scaling Nordic companies globally
  • AI adoption beyond the pilot phase
  • Investment priorities and business value
  • What happens when today's AI economics change tomorrow?

Our program for the Round Tables are still being set but this is what we know right now:

Why Roundtables?

The challenges facing organisations today rarely have simple answers.

The Roundtable Pavilion is designed to move beyond presentations and create space for nuanced discussions, practical experiences, and questions that deserve more than a slide deck.

No keynote. No sales pitch.

Just real conversations about the decisions shaping the future of technology and business.
